Mebel Styl specialises in the production of furniture made from laminated chipboard. Our major advantage is a vast choice of decors, as well as thickness and types of boards used for production. Our main suppliers are Kronospan and Sorbes.
Moreover, thanks to our partners who supply us with exceptionally durable, high-quality PVC foil, we can offer you top-grade MDF furniture fronts in various colours and trims.
Our production area is 4,500 m2 , and thanks to modern equipment and machines, the technological process of Mebel Styl reaches an efficiency of as much as 100,000 m2 of processed material per month.

Stage 1. Preparation
Thanks to professional engineers and new technologies, we can swiftly and precisely prepare technical and pre-production documentation. The client receives the price estimate in the earliest possible time, based on guidelines and detailed specifications. Our undeniable advantage is the application of advanced computer technologies and a large technical department team whose experience is significant in the furniture industry.
Stage 2. Cutting
In our factory, there are two working tables where laminated chipboard or MDF boards of height up to 120 mm can be processed at the same time. All the workshop tables are additionally equipped with an automatic board loader, which makes the processing faster. Depending on the complexity of the cutting process, the capacity of one machine during one 8-hour shift reaches 1000 m2 of raw material.
Stage 3. Edge banding
The device consists of two two-sided edge banders and one one-sided bander. The machines quickly and automatically adjust settings and modes to the smallest details. The dynamic of processing is from 12 to 20 m/min.
Stage 4. Drilling
The production plant is equipped with two large automatic drilling machines. Their advantages include multifunctionality and speed. Each has 4 top heads, 6 lower heads and 2 horizontal heads, which makes it possible to drill efficiently and process the slots precisely.
Stage 5. Packaging
The weight of the packaging is one of the crucial factors which impact the quality of shipping. Mebel Styl is extremely careful when choosing the packing method for shipped goods and secures all its products with polystyrene and HDF. Packagings are made of five-layer cardboard of density from 570 to 650 g/m2 and are appropriately tested to make sure the delivered content is intact.
Stage 6. Quality control
What our company values the most is a satisfied client. For this reason, we have created a technical control department. Each stage of production is carefully checked by trained staff, which lets us notice and eliminate all irregularities at an early stage. In addition, to guarantee the continuity conforming to planned validation, the technical control department selectively inspects each stage of production.
After all these stages are completed, Mebel Styl products are transported to warehouses with an area of 3 000 m2. Furniture is shipped only on pallets. Our logistics department calculates the quantity of the products on the pallet and completes an orderby shipping it on one or multiple pallets. Our company uses EUR pallets of various types, depending on the size of the freight, the needs of the client and the specificity of shipped goods.
